Description

Through July and August of 2011, Dave Simpson and three friends spent 40 days on the road railfanning the USA and Canada. The territory they covered in this time was immense: from California to Washington, British Columbia, Alberta to Nebraska, Wyoming, Arizona and back to California.

Volume 17 takes in all the action from Marias Pass from Whitefish to Shelby Montana and includes shots from Coram, Essex, Java East, Summit and Bison. The team then head south towards Helena to check out the action on Mullan Pass with shots from Austin and Tobin. We complete the program east of Helena at Winston Hill.
